SV	En de Geest toog Amasai aan, den overste der hoofdlieden, [en hij zeide]: Wij zijn uw, o David, en met u zijn wij, gij, zoon van Isai. Vrede, vrede zij u, en vrede uw helperen; want uw God helpt u. Toen nam David hen aan, en stelde hen tot hoofden der benden.
WLC	וַיֵּצֵ֣א דָוִיד֮ לִפְנֵיהֶם֒ וַיַּ֙עַן֙ וַיֹּ֣אמֶר לָהֶ֔ם אִם־לְשָׁלֹ֞ום בָּאתֶ֤ם אֵלַי֙ לְעָזְרֵ֔נִי יִֽהְיֶה־לִּ֧י עֲלֵיכֶ֛ם לֵבָ֖ב לְיָ֑חַד וְאִֽם־לְרַמֹּותַ֣נִי לְצָרַ֗י בְּלֹ֤א חָמָס֙ בְּכַפַּ֔י יֵ֛רֶא אֱלֹהֵ֥י אֲבֹותֵ֖ינוּ וְיֹוכַֽח׃ ס
Trans.	12:19 wərûḥa lāḇəšâ ’eṯ-‘ămāśay rō’š haššəlwōšîm haššālîšîm ləḵā ḏāwîḏ wə‘imməḵā ḇen-yišay šālwōm šālwōm ləḵā wəšālwōm lə‘ōzəreḵā kî ‘ăzārəḵā ’ĕlōheyḵā wayəqabəlēm dāwîḏ wayyitənēm bərā’šê hagəḏûḏ:

AC	יח ויצא דויד לפניהם ויען ויאמר להם אם לשלום באתם אלי לעזרני יהיה לי עליכם לבב ליחד ואם לרמותני לצרי בלא חמס בכפי ירא אלהי אבותינו ויוכח {ס}
ASV	Then the Spirit came upon Amasai, who was chief of the thirty, [and he said], Thine are we, David, and on thy side, thou son of Jesse: peace, peace be unto thee, and peace be to thy helpers; for thy God helpeth thee. Then David received them, and made them captains of the band.
BE	Then the spirit came on Amasai, who was chief of the captains, and he said, We are yours, David, we are on your side, O son of Jesse: may peace be with you and peace be with your helpers; for God is your helper. Then David took them into his army and made them captains of the band.
Darby	And the Spirit came upon Amasai, the chief of the captains, [and he said,] Thine [are we], David, And with thee, thou son of Jesse: Peace, peace be to thee! And peace be to thy helpers! For thy God helps thee. And David received them, and made them chiefs of bands.
ELB05	Da kam der Geist über Amasai, das Haupt der Anführer: Dein sind wir, David, und mit dir, Sohn Isais! Friede, Friede dir und Friede deinen Helfern! denn dein Gott hilft dir! Und David nahm sie auf und setzte sie zu Häuptern von Scharen.
LSG	Amasaï, l'un des principaux officiers, fut revêtu de l'esprit, et dit: Nous sommes à toi, David, et avec toi, fils d'Isaï! Paix, paix à toi, et paix à ceux qui te secourent, car ton Dieu t'a secouru! Et David les accueillit, et les plaça parmi les chefs de la troupe.
Sch	Da kam der Geist über Amasai, das Haupt der Dreißig; der sagte: «Dein sind wir, David, und mit dir halten wir's, du Sohn Isais: Friede, Friede sei mit dir und Friede mit deinen Helfern; denn dein Gott hilft dir!» Also nahm sie David an und setzte sie zu Häuptern über die Kriegsleute.
